A Virtual Assistant/ Remote worker/ Virtual personal Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, website, social media, real estate assistance, marketing and/or technical services.

We follow Australian business hours from 9am-5pm AEST, Mondays to Fridays.  However, extra hours may be requested depending on the need beyond normal business hours or during weekends subject to additional hourly fees.

Extra hours on weekends/holidays may be accommodated with prior arrangement subject to additional hourly fees.

Our Virtual Assistants are computer savvy and can perform tasks that require no physical presence. A detailed list of the services may be found at www.virtualofficeangels.com.au/services. All our virtual assistants are required to ALWAYS be online via Skype during their shifts monitored by their Team Leaders. A Start of day report is sent once logged in and an End of Day report at the end of every shift.  Updates are sent as well on an every 2-hour duration during work shifts.

Summary of completed tasks is sent through email with attachments (as the case may be) every end of shift.  Clients are likewise updated on tasks as they’re done via Skype.

All clients may get in touch with their assigned V.A.s via Skype or email.

All V.A.s assigned to each client is highly proficient with the English language including the Team Leaders assigned per V.A.

Virtual Office Angels values the confidentiality and privacy of every client that goes on board. As such, all V.A.s assigned to each client sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. As a matter of protocol, all hard drives are inspected prior to going on board and after each replacement, if necessary.

All assigned V.A.s are managed by highly professional Team Leaders who monitor tasks given, their completion and regularly communicate with clients and V.A.s assigned to ensure that tasks are done in accordance with each client’s specifications.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

  1. Labor costs – Generally, you pay for the time and services rendered by your VA inclusive of the respective tax deduction for every employee, but costs will vary depending on the worker’s skills and experience.
  2. Team Leader – we have Team Leaders who are accountable and manage 5-10 VAs under their individual responsibility. They are also tasked to constantly communicate with the clients, ensuring that needs are met and instructed well to the staff.
  3. Consultancy – You shall be provided with heaps of advice by our management team to guarantee the full benefits you can get out of your outsourcing team.
  4. Finance – We are responsible of payroll and provides you with one simple bill and monthly timesheet of your VA.
  5. Human Resources & Recruitment – we source, screen applicants, appoint, induct and manage your virtual worker for you. We make sure that your offshore team is well supervised by our HR department to bring about the best VA for your specific business requirements through our selection process.
